• 150 gm gula castor
• 40 gm gula perang
• 270 gm tepung gandum
• 100 gm tepung wholemeal
• 30 gm toasted sesame seeds (bijan) – dikisar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp garam
CARA-CARA
• Goreng bijan tanpa minyak, kisar
• Pukul gula dan butter sehingga lembut
• Campurkan dengan bahan-bahan lain hingga menjadi doh
• Canai setebal ¼ tebal dan potong dengan cutter bulat
• Bakar selama 15 – 20 minit dengan suhu 175 celcius
• Sejukkan sebelum dihidang
